Massage Therapy

Cancellation Policy: look at booking's details. 

Service offered: ONLY professinal soft tissue therapy treatment ( STT), personal training(pt), exercise and exercise rehabiliation, nutritional advice  and related educational workshops, talks will be given.

My services are NOT including any sexual service.

During any service an appropriate clothing is a must to wear. During massage service draping technique is used to cover body area what I 'm not working on.

Wearing underwear during massage or STT treatment is a must. 

Unappropriate behavior: Booking an appointment you consent that  any unappropriate behavior won't be tolerated in any form: phone, message, social media, in person or any other form. I have a right to hang up any message, text, call, treatment at any time without giving any reason if  I feel unsafe. If that happens please don't start arguing or explaining misunderstanding, I will leave and an alert will go towards my security system that I am leaving right now. Any delay in contacting my security system just will make your situation worse.

Phone policy: I have to have my phone around me, it won't disturb you, it is in quiet mode, I am not making and receiving calls during appointment unless is an emergency. I need to inform my security person if duration of treatment is longer then expected. You can have your phone by you for the same reasons, but please try not to be on a phone during your treatment as it can reduce the feelings of quality of treatment. 

Mobile service conditions: You need to make sure that my mobile coach has enough space, approximately 3 m x 2 m space is necessary. You need to provide a hand washing facility. You could provide towels and sheet, you need to inform me prior your appointment if choosing that option. One single bed sheet, 2 hand towels and one bath towel is needed. If you're providing cream I have a right to refuse to use it as it can contains allergens to my skin. I am offering more options to you to use on your skin like sport massage lotions and massage oils. Aromatherapy oils are used if you are consent to. 

Parking conditions need to be shared prior your appointment along with your location/address. If I need to pay for parking it will be an additional cost of yours. You must inform me upon sharing parking information about parking conditions and also a walking distance from parking to your door. 

My equipments are about  15 kg what I need to able to carry myself, please be kind and consider that upon booking an appointment. (Staircases with no or non working lift, narrow entrance, different surfaces or pets)

You must inform me about pets in your house/flat. Though I have no any allergy but not necessary want to be under in one roof with an animal what I am not able to like. 

Paying options: by bank transfer, via paypal or cash.

If you are a new client and didn't referred by an existing client you  cannot do cash payment on a treatment day. 

Filling in forms:

Downloadable Intake Form is a must to fill in prior any treatment. Your appointment won't be confirmed until the form is not received. 

Other forms to be filled in: consent forms, medical forms, lifestyle questionnaires, 

Consultation: Depends on your circumstances, condition an initial consultation take place filling in Intake Form, then sending back to me via email or whatsapp text message. Further questions could be asked via text message, email or video/phone consultation. Video or phone consultation need to be booked via text message.  If in person consultation is necessary, please book an extra half an hour slot. 

Location sharing:  Having a booked appointment at your provided location you are giving a consent that I can share your  details of your appointment: Date, time, address, phone number only to a security person who I am contact with during the duration of my visit. Being a mobile therapist I have location sharing device in place too. I am in contact with someone all the time. In case I am not answering to the phone call when I supposed to finish, please do not be surprised if someone turns up looking for me,  even could be a police or other security service.
